Beauty in the Workplace: Walking the Tightrope

Multiple studies show that women are judged by our appearance disproportionately, clothes impact our own performance, and that beauty can both help and harm us in the workplace.

The piece overviews published research on the topic along with some of my personal experience as a stylist and a woman.
